Information About Ticket Purchases

- All ticket purchases are made securely through PayPal

- You do not need to be a PayPal member to purchase tickets.  Simply click “Don’t have a PayPal account?” on the bottom left of the page to purchase without logging in

- You can purchase with credit card or with funds from your bank account

- There are no paper tickets.  Names of ticket holders will be put on the door at the venue

- If buying multiple tickets please put the names of all ticket holders in a note with the purchase

FAQ

- Why do we sell tickets directly through our website and not through a third party ticket seller?

There are a few reasons.  First, without a third party ticket seller we don’t have to pay third party fees, so we can offer pre-sale tickets at a lower price, which means if you buy online before the event you save money.  Second, if you ever have any problems you can deal directly with us instead of some admin person you don’t know.  Third, in the extremely unlikely event that we need to refund your ticket, we can do it straightaway, without fees and the funds go straight back to where they came from.

- Is it safe to buy tickets this way?

Millions of people pay for things through PayPal everyday.  If you’re familiar with eBay, you’d be familiar with PayPal.  Payments are made through PayPal’s secure payment servers.  We never have access to your credit card details.
